PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Practice Development Plans were agreed as a contractual requirement during the 2025/26 negotiations for introduction as of April 2026.
Practice Development plans will be required to be submitted annually between 1 April – 30 June.
These are example templates only. You will be sent editable versions by your local health board.
